Shipping
All byJakk prints are made to order, printed & dispatched locally from the Gold Coast. Please expect a 14 working day dispatch period for all print only orders, and up to 21 working days for custom framed orders. Please note, this is the estimated time you should allow for your order to be sent from the time it is placed. You will need to allow additional time on top of these estimates for your order to be delivered to your address.
All orders are shipped via courier and are packaged safely by our framing specialists. byJakk will not be held accountable for courier delays. Cancellations will not be accepted due to a delivery being late.
In the rare case that your item arrives damage, please don't sign for it as it will waive the insurance on the shipping. Please contact us at byjakkstore@gmail.com ASAP as we need to notify the courier company within 24 hours of delivery. Please attach any photos and videos of the damaged product and the state of the packaging so we can fulfil the claim.
Local Pick Up
Gold Coast, Byron, Brisbane Regions: Check out using the pick up option for an organised pick up of your finished piece. Contact will be made via email to organise a suitable pick up/drop off time.
Handling
Fine prints are tube rolled and should be handled minimally before being framed to avoid any damage from fingerprints and other elements. It is recommended you allow your framer to handle the print to avoid any accidental damage.
Returns
